One of the tips I picked up from a previous tutor (thanks Derek) was to use mind mapping to organise my thoughts on projects. I started doing this about halfway through Level 2 and it helped my final assignments massively. I’ve been having lots of diverse and fragmented thoughts on my Body of Work major project and decided that I should get these early thoughts captured. So here is an early mind map to do just that.
The final project may or may not resemble this to any degree, and I’ll almost certainly update it as I go along, but you have to start somewhere.
Good idea and something I’ve also started with my current assignment, albeit hand-drawn at the moment. What mind-mapping tool are you using?

It’s called SimpleMind+ and it’s an iPad app. Basic version is free.

Great ideas there Rob. I have to get used to using mind mapping as well. Its a really useful tool. I use Coggle (when I do it) also free.

I love mind mapping. Also love the title “No, it’s gone”. Good one!

That is my current favourite, actually :-)

Thanks for the tip. I am on the FIP course and use pen and paper at present.
